and problems and submit these to us in a document. Our team investigates these topics,

Ask-a-Question
Our Ask-a-Question feature is designed for
accurate rapid-fire responses. This is aimed for questions that can be fulfilled
with a one phrase or one word answer. Questions are answered by our team and the
response is sent back to you.
Submissions that require a comprehensive response will receive a one phrase answer
on the most relevant portion of the question, with additional instructions on what
needs to be done for our team to give you the complete answer.
